This is what mike king had to say about josh whyles.
I’m pretty sure I’ve known Josh for as long as I’ve been riding.
Over the years Josh has grown to be a close friend of mine and a truly talented rider, the guy is one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet with an enormous passion for riding his bike and having fun.
Josh’s talent has finally been rewarded as he has been added to the ALONE family, with whom Josh has always had a strong relationship with, perfect fit! Congrats buddy!
Josh has featured in pretty much every FFWD edit, but never have we shot a full video together. The majority of this is recycled footage but there’s still some second angles you haven’t seen spiced in with a few things we shot especially before Josh went to Ireland.
Josh is currently helping build Europe’s largest skatepark up in Ireland with fellow shredder Chris Nunn and tons more rad dudes. The kid is dialled as hell, but working in and riding a huge indoor park everyday for a couple of months only means the boy is gonna be even more dialled when he returns. Oh shit!!

Matt Markese comes out of Illinois. You can find his offensive words of wisdom on TheGullyFactory.com or see him around the Chicago suburbs riding all over round rails. Aside from having a huge caring heart, Markese has been known to get Matt Mar-Steamed about the littlest things. But thats why we love him. Don’t be surprised to see him near you shouting out BSD real soon…
