Due to the 70° seat angle, Cooper frames feel shorter than their size :

- Cooper 20.6" feels like a 20.3"/20.4" frame, with more room between handlebar and seat

- Cooper 21.0" feels like a 20.7"/20.8" frame, with more room between handlebar and seat

- Cooper 21.3" feels like a 21.0"/21.1" frame, with more room between handlebar and seat
