Luke towey on skin daddy clothing

SkinDaddy is a clothing brand that has been around for sometime and has always had roots throughout BMX in previous years. But due to a constant busy schedule with other priorities the company had to take a back foot. Now for 2010 SkinDaddy will be back with a fresh team, starting with this Luke Towey edit. SkinDaddy likes to do things different, stir things up if you like as you can probably tell after watching this short video. Stay tuned for the full site to be up soon but for now check out http://skindaddy.tumblr.comand have a look at the lines available from the range today.

Dig Timecode 007: Luke Towey

Sputnic Rider Luke Towey has a Timecode feature over on DIGBMX.
Once again, filmed by Sam Barrow.

“Timecode number 7 features Tadley, UK resident Luke Towey. Luke had spotted this rail whilst driving through Oxford for work purposes. We drove back there to check it out as Luke had never done a rail through a tight gap and seemed pretty keen to give it a go. Upon arriving at the rail we had noticed that the run up was kinda off and the assistant of a nearby crate was needed to help maintain enough speed. This was not the only problem we encountered. The rail itself was super sticky and was grinding really poorly. With no wax or any shops open to purchase such product, we resorted to using mcdonalds cups. The waxy, waterproof layer made a great substitute and gave the rail all it needed to help Luke get to the end. Enjoy” – Sam”
